About the Company
Homeland Construction opened for business in September 2001. We started out as a “spec” builder and built spec homes from the ground up. As time went on, we learned better ways to structure our business and ultimately in November of 2009 closed Homeland Construction, LLC and opened Homeland Construction Specialists, Inc. At this time, our business is primarily kitchen and bath remodels; however, we do all jobs, big or small.
Our normal course of business includes, painting, drywall repair and installation, cabinet/countertop installation, windows, doors, millwork, flooring, tile work, landscaping, framing, insulation, etc. Although, we have the capability and knowledge for hands on of most phases, we also have a group of trusted sub contractors we have used over the years for the tasks we sub out, as necessary. We have never done any real advertising, so our business comes mainly from referrals. Therefore, it is very important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied.
